Harvested in France, the langoustines are then packed and frozen.

This small crustacean is very tasty. Part of the lobster family, it has a tasty morsel of tail meat, and is an affordable alternative to lobsters and shrimps, which are higher priced.

The langoustine is cooked in the same manner as lobster.
