Crab meat, jumbo lump


The blue crab is abundant from the Gulf of Mexico north to the Mid-Atlantic states. Usually, it is caught in baited “crab pots” during summer months.

The blue crab meat is sold fresh in one-pound containers and the premium grade crabmeat comes in jumbo lump container, which contains the largest pieces of meat without any shell.

Prized for its delightful taste, the blue crab meat is mostly used for crabmeat cocktail or crab cakes. It is also available pasteurized.
