Ingredients

400 g snow crab

2 ripe avocados

Bouquet of dill

150 ml mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce

Your choice of lettuce for 4 servings

Pinch of Espelette pepper

Olive oil

Lime juice

Lime rind

Preparation

1. Mix crab meat and chopped dill in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.

3. Add a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture to the crab mixture.

4. Toss salad with olive oil and lime juice and rind.

5. Arrange salad in plates.

6. Cut avocados in two..

7. Place a half avocado on the salad on each plate.

8. Add the crab and mayonnaise mixture.

9. Garnish with Espelette pepper. Serve!
