800 g fish of your choice

1 tbsp. red curry paste

800 ml coconut milk

15 ml fish sauce

Pinch of sugar

White pepper to taste

Cayenne pepper (optional)

2 cloves of garlic, chopped


1. Grill or panfry the fish seasoned with salt and pepper for 5 minutes. Set aside.

2. Brown garlic and red curry paste..

3. Add fish sauce, sugar, white pepper and coconut milk and mix.

4. Cook fish in this broth for 3 minutes..

5. Serve with your choice of vegetables!
