Grilled Salmon Over Singapore Noodles and Vegetables

800 g salmon fillet

200 g rice vermicelli

Your choice of vegetables (asparagus, beans, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, etc.)

1 tsp. yellow curry



50 ml olive oil


1. Blanch rice vermicelli in a pot of boiling water. Set aside.

2. In a pan, brown the rice vermicelli with yellow curry. Set aside.

3. Blanch vegetables in boiling water.

4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

5. Mix together rice vermicelli and vegetables.

6. Add olive oil to a pan and fry the salmon fillet. Add salt and pepper.

7. Garnish Singapore noodle and vegetable mixture with salmon. The noodle and vegetable mixture may be served hot or cold).

8. Serve!
