White Fish Sandwich

400 g of white fish (your choice)

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free)

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 cup mayonnaise (commercial or homemade)

1/4 cup plain yogurt

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. Italian herbs

1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Zest of lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat Kaiser buns, cut in two


1. Coat the fish fillets with flour (optional);

2. In a frying pan, brown the fish in oil on medium-high until cooked.

3. Flake the fish with a fork.

5. In a bowl, mix the fish, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, Italian herbs, parsley,  zest of lemon, salt and pepper.

6. Garnish the buns with the mixture.

7. Your children will ask for them again.
