Ingredients

Tuna in oil

White beans

Grilled sardines

Tomatoes, cucumbers, celery leaves

Garden herbs (thyme, basil)

Zest and juice of a lemon

Olive oil

Ground pepper

Preparation

1. Mix together all ingredients, except the sardines, to taste.

2. Take a fresh sardine, baste with oil and barbecue.

3. When cooked, mix with the other ingredients.

4. Add to your salad.

 

Wonderful for lunch!
