Ingredients

20 shrimps 16/20

50 ml olive oil

Bouquet of Provence herbs

1 medium red onion

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

Bouquet of asparagus

2 zucchinis

Cherry tomatoes

Caramelized balsamic vinegar (glaze)

Preparation

1. Slice or quarter vegetables.

2. Place in oven-proof dish. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.

3. Add shrimps to the dish.

4. Grill shrimps and vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes.

5. Place mixture in a bowl and mix with remaining olive oil.

6. Add chopped bouquet of Provence herbs.

7. Transfer to a plate or serving platter.

8. Add a thread of caramelized balsamic vinegar.

9. Serve immediately.
