Ingredients

Spicy shrimp

1 lb             peeled shrimp, thawed and patted dry

2 tsp           sambal oelek (to taste)

1 tbsp         brown sugar

                  juice of one lemon

salt

 

Vegetables in the fridge - time to do some cleaning

I found:

 

Endives

Mushrooms

Red peppers

White onions

Turnip (sliced very thinly)

Ginger

Lemongrass (to be removed before eating)

Coriander

Basil

Preparation

1. Sauté the shrimp on high with all the ingredients. Cook about 2 minutes.

2. Sauté the vegetables in grape seed oil.

3. That’s it!  Time to serve!
