Ingredients

Cod

Black olives

Grape tomatoes

Candied lemon

Parsley

Sprig of rosemary

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Fleur de sel

Ground pepper

Preparation

1. Cut fish into filets.

2. Brown fish in a large frying pan.

3. In olive oil, add tomatoes, olives, candied lemon and rosemary.

4. Cook 10 minutes.

5. Serve with lamb’s lettuce seasoned with lemon juice.
