Orange peppers

Ginger

Dates (5)

Parsley

Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)

Zest and juice of one lime

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Olive oil

Salt

Preparation

1. In a mortar, crush the parsley, ginger and dates.

2. Add lime (juice and zest), olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper).

3. Coat the filets with the mixture and sprinkle with Panko.

4. Bake in oven 8 minutes at 350 0F!

 

Serve with asparagus and grilled peppers.

Ginger and dates on this fish are fantastic (my preference so far)!
