Halibut filets from the North Shore

Candied lemon

Basil

Fleur de sel

Olive oil

Preparation

1. In a bamboo steamer, cook the fish and slices of candied lemon for 12 minutes. (Add a few basil leaves to the water).

2. Serve with Boston lettuce and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Basil and candied lemon together ? a dream combination!
