Large shrimp and zucchini

15 Large shrimp frozen and peeled, defrosted

3 Zucchini

100 g Sliced prosciutto, chopped

15 Mushrooms, chopped

2 Green onions, cut into thin slices

Piece of chorizo, diced

1 Bunch of basil leaves, shredded

Some cherry tomatoes or dried tomato in water, chopped

100 g Feta cheese, cubed

Olive oil

Fleur de sel

Ground pepper


1. Use a mandolin to cut the zucchini into shoestring strips. Set aside.

2. Add some olive oil to a pan and cook all the ingredients, except the shrimp, basil and feta, for 5 minutes.

3. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3 more minutes. Then add the basil.

4. In another pan, add some olive oil and sauté the zucchini for about 5 minutes.

5. To serve, place the zucchini on a plate, top with the shrimp mixture, dot with feta, drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
